Exemplary Programs
Woodbridge offers six (6) Advanced Placement courses. In addition we also offer Dual Enrollment classes in English 11, English 12, Business and Sociology so students can receive college credit while at Woodbridge High School. This emphasis will only serve to enhance the already outstanding set of Career and Technical offerings that Woodbridge is known for statewide. Outstanding programs in unique areas such as Academy of Finance, Teacher Academy, Structural Systems, and Certified Nursing Assistant are well ingrained and continue to expand with the increasing demand. Our Agricultural Sciences have been honored statewide and highlighted each year in a variety of venues such as the State Fair. This program is enhanced by a working farm property on campus. We have added a state-of-the-art Manufacturing program in conjunction with Delaware Technical and Community College.

Curriculum Highlights
Our emphasis on Advanced Placement course work expands the goal of providing students with as many options as they may need upon graduation to go on to the next phase of their lives. Advanced Placement courses give students the opportunity to experience college level course work in a high school setting. It also gives students the opportunity to earn college credit through the course work and the passing of the AP exam given in May of each year. Research has shown that even the process of taking and completing an Advanced Placement course, whether college credit is earned or not, gives students a better chance statistically to succeed in college and graduate from college. In addition, Woodbridge has partnered with Del-Tech to offer dual enrollment opportunities for students to earn college credit during their senior year as well.
