Exemplary Programs
All Morris students utilize technology in their classrooms. Computers with internet capabilities and smartboards are used in every classroom as an instructional tool. Pre-Kindergarten students use technology to read stories and learn basic concepts such as shapes, colors and letters of the alphabet. Kindergarten students use technology to begin process writing.

Curriculum Highlights
The Morris Early Childhood curriculum is aligned with standards and grade level expectations in language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies. The early childhood focus incorporates academic curriculum with learning centers and developmentally appropriate activities. In addition, the curriculum is aligned vertically so that students have the skills and knowledge necessary to move from one grade level to the next throughout the school district.
