Curriculum Highlights
We are the Central Stars Shooting for Success!

In order to help our students meet success, we have adopted the National Common Core Standards in the areas of language arts and mathematics and we use Learning-Focused Strategies (L-FS) to help guide our instructional processes. In compliance with Response to Intervention (RTI), we have a designated building-wide "Telescope Time" where our students receive targeted instruction in both reading and mathematics. We are committed to ensuring our students unique learning needs are met and they are given every opportunity to shine! Our Website contains a weekly update regarding Common Core - see the Common Core Communicator.
