Exemplary Programs

In addition, students are recognized for consistent homework completion and perfect attendance. All students participate in curriculum related field trips in order to extend and reinforce concepts and skills taught in the classroom. The Leasure BEARS Care Club provides opportunities for students to participate in service related activities including but not limited to Adopt A Highway, Neighborhood Clean Up, Food Bank Drives and Jeans for Teens. The Leasure BEARS Care Club, open to students in 3rd, 4th and 5th grades, was recognized with the Governor's Award for the second year in a row. Leasure students also participate in the Diamond State Reading Association reading contest, Pennies for Pasta, and Rocking the Socks for Down Syndrome. Our connection to the community is our commitment!
