State Graduation Rates
ESEA Four-Year Adjusted Graduation Rate
This rate is the number of students who graduate in four years with a regular high school diploma divided by the number of students who form the adjusted cohort for the graduating class.
Delaware Graduation Rate (NCES)
This rate is based on students who started 9th grade and graduated 4 years later with a high school diploma. Students who are new to Delaware during the10th, 11th or 12th grades are not added to the original cohort. This rate takes into account students who drop out during the 4 year period unless the student transfers to an adult education program.
